Our Leak-Proof Lead System™ includes everything you need to generate consistent leads:

  • Landing page creation and optimization

  • Lead capture and tracking systems

  • Monthly reporting and strategy calls

  • Dedicated account management

Our Guarantees to You

We stand behind our work with real commitments:

Lead Guarantee: We guarantee a minimum of 15 qualified leads in your first 30 days, or we work for free until you get them.

Fast Setup: Your campaigns will be live within 14 days of signing.

Quick Responses: We respond to all client communications within 1 business day.

Full Transparency: You get complete access to your campaign performance data and spending reports.

What We Need From You

To deliver the best results, we'll need you to:

  • Provide accurate business information and access to necessary accounts

  • Respond to leads professionally and promptly

  • Give us timely feedback on campaigns and materials

  • Let us know about any changes to your business hours or service areas

  • Maintain the quality service that keeps your reputation strong

Investment and Pricing

Monthly Service Fee: Typically $1,500/month for the complete system (as specified in your agreement)

Advertising Budget: You control this - usually ranges from $1,000-$1,5000/month

No Hidden Costs: We don't charge surprise charges

Payment Terms

Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same date each month. Advertising costs are billed monthly based on what the platforms actually charge. Payment is due within 30 days, and late payments may pause services after 10 days.

All fees are non-refundable except where we specifically guarantee otherwise.

Territory Protection

Here's something most agencies won't offer: We work with only one garage door company per service area. When you sign with us, you get territorial exclusivity - we won't work with your direct competitors in your market.

Your service area is defined by zip codes or geographic boundaries, and the first client to sign gets protection for that territory.

Ownership and Data

Your Leads Belong to You: Every lead we generate through our campaigns is yours to keep. We'll never share your lead information with anyone else.

Your Business, Your Brand: You keep ownership of your business name, customer relationships, and all your proprietary information.

Our Methods: We retain ownership of the Leak-Proof Lead System™ methodology, our templates, and tracking systems.

Contract Terms

We believe in earning your business every month, so:

  • No long-term contracts required

  • Month-to-month agreements

  • Either party can cancel with 30 days written notice

  • Services continue through your notice period

When Things End

If we part ways for any reason:

  • You keep all the leads and customer data from our time together

  • We'll help transition your accounts back to you

  • You'll receive final reporting and access for a smooth handover

  • Monthly fees are due through the end of your notice period

What We Can't Guarantee:

  • Your conversion rate from leads to customers

  • Results affected by seasonality or economic conditions

  • Performance during major platform outages

  • Specific outcomes from factors outside our control

Legal Protection

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month when any issue occurred. We're not responsible for indirect damages or lost profits, but we are committed to making things right when we're at fault.

Compliance and Standards

You agree to run your business professionally and legally, including:

  • Maintaining proper licensing and insurance

  • Honoring all service promises made in our advertising

  • Following FTC guidelines and platform policies

  • Providing quality service to maintain your reputation

Resolving Issues

If problems arise, here's how we handle them:

  1. Talk to us first - Most issues get resolved quickly with your account manager

  2. Management review - Bigger concerns get escalated to company leadership

  3. Professional mediation - If needed, we'll work with a neutral mediator

  4. Binding arbitration - Final step for any remaining disputes

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. We'll give you at least 30 days notice through email or direct communication from your account manager.
